OUR FIRST COMMUNITY

Established in 1998 and nearing completion, SunRiver St.George is the original development in SunRiver Communities. With a 35,000+ sq. ft. community center, 18-hole championship golf course, restaurant, and over 60 clubs and social groups, SunRiver St. George has become home to a thriving, lively community that embodies the idea of resort-style, active adult living. As a resident of SunRiver St.George, you have access to all the facilities mentioned above—not to mention all the friends, enjoyment and quality of life that comes with them.
