February 4th 9am Scones & OJ – 

Enjoy conversation with your neighbors along with a fresh baked scone, and a glass of OJ to kick off your morning. 
 
February 12th Dinner 5pm - 

Meatloaf with tomato sauce, spaghetti squash, yam mashers, steamed snap peas, ricotta lemon cake and beverage.
 
February 15th Valentines Dinner & Entertainment 5pm -

Coq au vin with egg noodles, green salad and baguettes, Valentines dessert and beverage. Entertainment: Jim Sevey Band playing pop, jazz, classic rock.
 
February 20th Dinner 5pm -

Chicken and shrimp jambalaya with rice and vegetables, dessert and beverage.
 
February 28th Dinner 5pm -

Chicken masala with rice pilaf and cardamom rice pudding, beverage.

Class Description:  Boogie drums class combines dance and drumming on stability balls for rhythmic fun! This is a high-energy workout that requires no dancing or drumming skills. Bring your own exercise ball, everything else is provided.

Mayo Tuesday, January 7th, 2020-Mayor’s Loop
Event Time- 9 am – 11:30 am
Mayor’s Loop is an easy 5.3 mile paved trail. We will leave the Community Center at 9:00 am and caravan to the trailhead at Confluence Park (located at the south end of Convention Center Drive). We will begin the hike going west crossing the Santa Clara River and, then, the Virgin River to follow it east along its south bank to River Road where we will again cross the Virgin River and follow it going west along the north bank to return to Confluence Park. We will see petroglyphs and rock etchings. The elevation gain is less than 100 feet. There are restroom facilities at Confluence Park and along the trail.Hike Scale – Easy paved trail

Hike-February 29th
Tuesday, December 17th, 2019- Santa Clara River Trail-Petroglyphs
Event Time: 9 am -1:30 pm (we will just so as far as everyone wants to)To get to the trailhead, leave the Community Center and take highway 15 to the Dixie Drive exit, turn to the left and follow Dixie until you get to Sunset Blvd. Turn west (left) to Santa Clara. Drive through the town, past Jacob Hamblin's house, past the old fort site (has flags). Just before going over top of the hill turn left at Santa Clara City Public Works sign. Follow the dirt road to Tukupetsi trail head, there is lots of parking. We will follow the Enepitsi (ghost) trail, which is a wide dirt road along the river. There is one rocky, steep spot, we will climb to see a petroglyphs panel. We will go at a social pace. Marietta has 11 points of interest to point out. Bring-hiking shoes, water, snacks, binoculars, & dress in layers.Hike Scale-Easy
