SunRiver Golf COVID-19 Information
UPDATE
March 30th, 2020
SunRiver Golf Residents,
With all the uncertainty each day of what is going on with the Virus and trying to stay open to give our resident golfers something to do we are making some changes for everyone’s safety and health.
Starting Monday the 30th of March. We are asking that all residents use their own carts. This way you are staying in your own safe environment. Some of you like our carts as they have GPS but at this time we would like you to use your own.
We are asking that all tee times be booked over the phone, if you are paying with a credit card then please call in advance. We prefer you don’t use cash. If you have to come in the pro shop we ask that you enter, take care of necessary transaction, then exit as soon as possible so that we can maintain social distancing. Please gather with your group outside the pro shop while maintaining social distancing. After your round if you want to gather for drinks please either gather out on the grass by the putting green or by the pavilion. We welcome you to bring camping chairs or just hang out in your carts down in that area keeping your distance from people putting or waiting to go out to golf. Please do not hang out on the patio by the door of the pro shop.
Obviously some are more worried about the virus than others, so we ask that you respect everyone’s decision on how they feel about it and the dis- tancing they would like to maintain. So please let’s just all respect everyone’s personal space and choices.
We at SunRiver Golf love our residents and all the support and love that we get from you. We want to be able to offer those who don’t want to be stuck in the house something to do as well as be as safe and healthy for everyone. With respect to those that want to stay quarantined and safe as well. I hope you all understand these changes to be best for everyone involved and help our staff stay healthy as well.

Customers, Colleagues & Friends,
Like so many companies around the community, SunRiver Golf Club has been
closely monitoring the spread of the coronavirus and planning to minimize its
potential impact to our employees, golfers and the SunRiver Community.
Understand that we are taking every precaution to be safe, clean, and organized. Sometimes being able to get away from the stress and pressure of a
situation like this can be priceless. If you need a break and want to enjoy the
fresh air for a few hours, we want you to know that we are disinfecting every
one of our carts after each use. We also want to give you the option of calling
in advance to book your tee time and paying over the phone with a credit
card. That way you can show up, load on a cart, go putt or hit range balls, and
wait to be called to the tee box without having to encounter other members
that aren’t apart of your group. This way you are avoiding any unnecessary
contact with others yet having the relief and peace of doing something you
love.
