2018 Parade Of Homes

2018 St. George Area Parade of Homes scheduled for February 16-25, 2018. Twenty-eight spectacular new homes will be on display throughout beautiful Southern Utah, including St. George, Washington, Ivins, and Hurricane.

The 2018 St. George Area Parade of Homes is set to be the best event in our 28-year history. Come experience the largest parade in the state, set amid a spectacular background of red rock landscape under warmth of the sun in the beautiful St. George area. It’s not just a parade–it’s a break from the cold of winter into the first fun-filled vacation of the year! It’s an experience for the young and old that simply won’t disappoint. The Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour offering an opportunity for established, prospective residents and visitors to see what is new and innovative in the home building industry. Exhibitors will be located in the garages of the homes displaying the latest home products and related services.

Back by popular demand is the St. George Area Parade of Homes app! You will be able to preview the homes from your mobile phone or tablet, navigate to your favorite Parade homes, use an e-ticket, find restaurants and building professionals and much more!
