Movie Night at Kayenta – Unfinished Song

Unfinished Song is the funny and uplifting story of Arthur (Terence Stamp), a curmudgeonly old soul perfectly content with sticking to his dull daily routine until his beloved wife (Vanessa Redgrave) introduces him to a spirited local singing group led by the youthful and charming Elizabeth (Gemma Arterton). This unexpected friendship and Arthur's discovery of music revitalizes his passion for new adventures, and shows us all that life should be celebrated at any age!

Kayenta Arts Foundation’s Movie Night at Kayenta will be showing films from the private collection the late Richard Kinsman, a longtime resident of the community. Richard loved movies and had a private collection of more than 2,500 films. During his lifetime, he had hoped to hold regular movie nights as a fundraising activity for KAF, as well as a way for people in the community and the greater St. George area to connect. Unfortunately, Richard did not live to see his vision come to life, but we think he'd be very happy to know that the generous donation of his collection is still raising funds for KAF and bringing people together.

The movie is free and open to the public, with the fun starting at 7:30 p.m. On Tuesday, Nov. 19. There will be bottled water, soda, candy, popcorn and other concessions available for sale as well. Bring some cash to make a donation to help pay for licensing and labor costs. Everyone is welcome!

Seating for the film is first come, first serve. Admission is free but donations are greatly appreciated, as they help cover the cost of licensing fees for the film.
