Best places to take your grandchildren this summer!

Perhaps your children have decided it’s Grandparent’s Week and are getting ready to drop off your grandchildren to come stay with you. Are you wondering where to take them while they visit? Don’t worry, we got you covered! Here are a few of St. George’s gems for family entertainment!


ST. GEORGE CHILDREN’S MUSEUM

The St. George Children’s Museum (“SGCM”) provides vibrant and engaging interactive activities that invite children and families to Discover, Imagine and Create! The Museum encourages both children and adults to play, touch, feel, and explore the twelve exhibit rooms and encourages interaction between children and adults. It is the Museum’s goal to offer and provide educational opportunities for all children and adults to learn and grow. FIESTA FUN

Fiesta Fun Family Fun Center is a 40,000 square foot facility filled with fun for any age. There are 20 bowling lanes, adventure themed two-story laser tag arena, large arcade with over 80 games! Fiesta Fun also has an 18-hole mini golf course with a bonus hole, go-karts, bumper boats, kiddie karts, and batting cages and you can order food at Barre Grill, an in-house restaurant where they have pizzas, salads, burgers to fried Oreos. https://www.fiestafuncenter.com

 

 

THUNDER JUNCTION ALL ABILITIES PARK

A Remarkable Play Space, the Thunder Junction All Abilities park features a dinosaur theme that includes complete wheelchair accessible playground equipment, climbing wall, an “erupting” volcano, splash pad, and a “roaring” C.P. Huntington 1/4-scale train on a 2,700-foot track. The ground is covered with durable soft-surfacing making accessibility easier for those in wheelchairs. ST. GEORGE DINOSAUR DISCOVERY SITE

At the St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm you’ll enter a 200 million-year-old ecosystem that was once home to dinosaurs, fishes, plants, and more. SAINT GEORGE CAROUSEL

This fun attraction located in downtown historic St. George next to the Splash Pad and Children’s Museum the Carousel is a wonderful experience for all ages. HOUSE JUMP INDOOR TRAMPOLINE PARK

The House of Jump is Southern Utah's only indoor Trampoline Park featuring Jump, Dunk, and Dodge Family Entertainment awesomeness! Owned and operated by a family with an entertainment background, they have brought state of the art, high energy entertainment and family fun! The park is a clean and safe facility for activities, parties, and events.
