SunRiver welcomes Hampton Inn & Suites

On Thursday, April 12, SunRiver Hotel Group, a partnership between SunRiver Development, ISR Development LC and Wittwer Hospitality held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of a brand new Hampton Inn & Suites. Positioned just off Exit 2 on Southern Parkway, the hotel is perfectly suited for family, friends and other visitors to the SunRiver community. The new Hampton Inn & Suites is home to 120 rooms and joins the thousands of Hilton hospitality properties dotting the globe.

Adjacent to the Hampton Inn & Suites, residents and guests alike will be pleased to find a new Terrible Herbst gas station, complete with an automatic car was and fully stocked convenience store. The development of these additional projects were built to complement the hotel and community at large, offering access to amenities without having to drive into town for gas or groceries.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by the hotel’s entire development team, including Darcy Stewart and Derek Rowley of SunRiver Development, Shane Wittwer of Wittwer Hospitality and Jim White of Irvine Investment Group. The event was open to the public and featured refreshments, door prizes, giveaways and tours of the new property.

Next, SunRiver Hotel Group is planning to develop a second, resort-style hotel close to the Hampton Inn & Suites to further accommodate the flourishing residential commercial development of the area.
