Brian Wilson: Greatest Hits Live! at Tuacahn
In 1965, with The Beach Boys out on tour, Wilson began session work on some of the most deeply personal recordings of his career. Inspired by The Beatles Rubber Soul, he challenged himself to create an immaculate musical masterpiece. A vast departure from the then band’s commercial sound, the resulting Pet Sounds concept album achieved great critical success helping usher in a new musical landscape.
On Saturday, April 21, Wilson will be performing a solo show of all his greatest hits live at Tuacahn Center for the Arts. Along with special guest Al Jardine, the founding member of the Beach Boys will rock out to classics like “I Get Around,” “Wouldn’t It Be Nice” and the number one smash hit “Good Vibrations,” as well as more recent songs from his critically-acclaimed 2004 opus Brian Wilson Presents…SMiLE. Don’t miss this chance to see Brian Wilson live like never before!
Tickets range from $55 – $80. The show begins promptly at 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 21. For more information and to purchase tickets, call the Tuacahn box office at 435-652-3300 or visit http://tuacahn.org/”tuacahn.org
