The lure: Within easy reach of the natural splendor of Bryce Canyon and Zion national parks, this active-adult community lures those who love the great outdoors. Formerly from Michigan, he says they've found a quick camaraderie among residents similar to when they first married and moved to a new place. "A lot of people are moving here from all over and all for the same reasons," he says.
