SunRiver Earns National Recognition

St. George, UT, July 27, 2007- — For the seventh year in a row, SunRiver St. George has been named one of “America’s 100 Best Master-Planned Communities” by Where to Retire magazine, a national publication reaching half a million readers each month.

The list appears in the July-August 2007 issue of the magazine and cites SunRiver for its appeal to “those who love the outdoors,” noting its proximity to Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks. SunRiver’s community center, golf course, and the soon-to-be-completed clubhouse and restaurant are also mentioned.

SunRiver St. George first made the magazine’s top 100 list in 1999. It was listed again in 2001 and has appeared in every list since.

“The fact that we’ve been listed every year for the past seven years speaks to our continuing commitment to our residents,” said Darcy Stewart, SunRiver’s developer, in response to the article. “It’s gratifying to see SunRiver getting the recognition it deserves on the national level.”
